Backed by Telefonica O2 and recently seen on BBC TV’s Dragons’ Den, this company is a leading web & mobile platform that enables customer transport for the UK’s biggest travel & leisure websites, including concert arenas and airports.

To support their fast-paced growth, they are looking for a placement at their base by Piccadilly Circus to help with customer service and operational procedures. There may also be scope to expand this position to assist with commercial tasks. This role would be a great addition to anyone’s CV!

Essential:

- Candidate who is fluent in spoken & written English, with confident phone manner
- Highly enthusiastic with ability to prioritise, multi-task and work autonomously
- Experience working within a team
- Goal orientated personality
- Familiarity with Excel/Word/Powerpoint
- has own laptop
- immediately available, full time
- UK resident and/or has permission to work in the UK
- Must have their own laptop

Desirable (any or all of the following):

- Exposure to customer-facing/online customer care roles
- Knowledge of UK travel & leisure sector
- Experience of working within a UK SME
- Understanding of web, mobile-web and apps

Working Hours- on offer:
9am-530pm weekdays- office; flexible shifts 6pm-12am ( home) and weekends - to be agreed
