Customer Champion

HonestBrew is on the hunt for a friendly and energetic Customer Champion who is passionate about working with people. You will be working alongside our lead Customer Champion managing interactions with customers. You will be the voice of the company and will work closely with the wider HonestBrew team, spotting trends and helping to optimise the experience for our customers.

HonestBrew is revolutionising the way that people discover craft beer, sourcing beer from around the world and shipping thousands of bottles to thirsty customers across the UK. We’re stoked to be working with micro breweries from all over the world, and take great pride in selling their beer on our website.

Our Customer Champion will be someone who has our customer’s best interests at heart. Through listening and interacting with our customers you will gain insights to feedback to the crew and help influence the wider business. We want to be constantly improving the service that our customers get, and you’re a big part of helping to influence change across the business for a better customer experience.

Role:
-The voice of the company. You’ll be answering customer queries via email, live chat, phone and social media to ensure we are delighting our customers.
-Engaging with customers; proactively talking to new, existing and past customers to get feedback on the service.
-Working with the operations team to resolve any issues that arise in the best way possible.
-Working with the marketing team to optimise customer experience from onboarding to activation to winbacks.
-Improving processes by sharing insights on customer enquiries and identifying patterns in issues.

Requirements:
-Very strong oral and written English communication skills.
-Confident on telephone and chatting to new and past customers.
-Experience in customer experience, ideally coming from in another start up.
-Computer skills including programmes like Excel, Zendesk or Google Analytics.
-Understanding of how to interpret data and improve processes.
-Team player.
