Economist & Theoretical Physicist

at MJH in London

A very early stage idea to mix the worlds of physical and social sciences to develop new approaches to economic and social analysis.

My vision is a more informed world where individuals make empowered choices, aligned with their own values and beliefs, so they are able to flourish. I believe that by working on questions that relate to how we think, choose and act, through the lens of science and mathematics, we gain insights that are not generally obtainable due to institutions and organisations traditionally working on these subjects separately.

I want to work collaboratively with deep thinkers and doers to challenge current norms and open new ways of understanding how our world works.

I am searching initially for two radical and inspired individuals, an Economist that likes physics/maths and a Theoretical Physicist that likes economics to bring this idea alive.

My background is Physics and Chemistry (MSc and currently part time PhD in Theoretical Chemistry) and 10 years experience as a Chartered Accountant, working in CFO, COO and interim CEO roles. Currently a consultant and really wanting to start a business that channels the passions of academic and commercially minded people.
