About the role
Through delivering our Sales Team with a pipeline of marketing qualified leads, you will play a critical role in the growth of our B2B proposition, delivering attributable activities that drive top line growth. You will have the opportunity to build and implement the strategy, then measure the fruits of your work in a new territory for Pact.

You will manage campaigns across the B2B Marketing mix; identifying opportunities, testing, learning and scaling the winners. Channels include content, SEO, PPC, events, partnerships, email, social, direct and PR. You will own the reporting and tracking, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools and integration with the sales CRM.

You will report directly to the General Manager, whilst working collaboratively with the consumer marketing team, Head of Sales, Creative Services, and other cross-functional teams to deliver the results. Our start-up environment means moving at pace and adapting to new challenges.

This role will be based in our London HQ in Bermondsey, at (accordingly to the experts) one of Time Out’s top 5 most fun London offices.

We’re looking for

- 5 years experience in B2B marketing role
- A proven playbook for B2B inbound techniques that could be successfully implemented at Pact
- Hands on experience with end-to-end marketing — strategy, planning/budgeting, building & executing and measuring ROI
- Expertise in B2B marketing techniques, particularly digital marketing
- Experience working closely with a high growth sales team
- Experience creating and delivering insightful marketing KPI and lead tracking reports using tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Google Analytics
- Proven record driving drive net new lead generation, nurturing leads through long sales cycles
- Very comfortable monitoring key performance indicators to evaluate campaign effectiveness
