The Role

Reporting to the FD, this role involves the upkeep and maintenance of all Salesforce activity within Perkbox
Management of the CRM system with a view to integrating our own database with Salesforce
Ongoing process revision and improvement
Delivering insight to key stakeholders
Constant experimentation to find best practices

About You

Level 2 Salesforce Administrator qualification
2 years plus experience
Experience working for a rapidly scaled company
Self starter with a keen eye for detail, with the creativity to tackle problems

Nice To Haves

Experience with Marketo, Netsuite and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Tableau or similar BI/Analytics visualization tool
Some direct experience in sales operations
