B2B Sales Manager

Rentify is establishing a new sales team to tackle business-to-business sales. The successful applicant will work to establish a pipeline of property developers both signing up to Rentify and re-selling Rentify's unique product to their clientele.

Launched in 2012, Rentify guarantees landlords a higher net profit than they could otherwise achieve, whilst lowering the upfront cost of renting for tenants. Rentify has grown rapidly since its inception and has attracted investment from world class VCs and other top tier investors.

Responsibilities:
Building a sales pipeline of institutional property investors,
Day-to-day responsibility for all VIP accounts (10+ units).

Key Skills:
Demonstrable track record working in a B2B sales environment, preferably within the property industry,
Strong communicator with impeccable written English,
Comfortable engaging with senior figures in ROI-driven organisations,
Comfort with numbers and capable of building own sales proposals for clients.

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of successful B2B sales in another organisation, as a bonus you will have your own network within the property industry.

Salary:
Up to £94,000 OTE depending on experience
