New Opportunity: Director of Strategic Accounts
We are looking to develop our Sales Team and are looking for an experienced Director of Strategic Accounts to join the team in London winning new business opportunities across the UK And EMEA Market from the top Ecommerce business and brands across the UK and region.


This will be a quota carrying role where you will carry an individual monthly target, and earn a percentage of everything you sell. It is a consultative and strategic sell, whereby you will be selling to both agencies and brands direct, and bring with you experience selling to Global brand names and high-value businesses and deal sizes.



Key Responsibilities will include:
-Engaging C-level executives within Enterprise Advertisers in the EMEA region – Develop customer acquisition and account penetration strategies and lead them through execution. – Create and deliver standard and customized presentations. – Applying solution sales best practice, and effectively engaging a complex buying unit with both Agency and end-client stakeholders – Conveying Adthena’s value proposition as a solution, matched to specific customer business requirements – Creating a viable Business Case per client which facilitates a sale – Helping mentor less experienced mid-market sales team members – Use Salesforce.com appropriately to provide visibility into sales activities and create accurate sales forecasts. – Successfully negotiate contracts and close deals with a value of £100k-£500k



Your experience and Skills we are looking for: – Proven track record of successfully selling to C-Level within Enterprise organisations, with significant B2B direct sales experience – Proof of having consistently exceeded target in previous roles – Experience of effectively selling a data/insights proposition – Experience in developing sales plans and accurate sales forecasts is required. – Experience managing enterprise level accounts is preferred. – Must have an excellent understanding of the process of and strategies for selling “high value solutions” to senior level executives in large organizations in a competitive situation.
