About the role:


The goal of the Client Services Team is to retain and grow existing clients. To do this we need to provide impeccable service, and capitalise on opportunities for growth. This is why we’re building an exceptional client services team: smart, agile and a value-add for both our clients and our internal teams.


As part of this team you will be mentored by an experienced Senior Account Manager, while also having a working relationship with the co-founders and collaborating with the Creative and Technology departments in delivering groundbreaking personalised video content for our clients. With this being a startup you’ll be continuously challenged and expected to grow and take on a lot of responsibility quite quickly.


You’ll be a combination of project manager and account executive. You won’t be doing all of this straight off the bat, but by the end of the first year you will be:


  • Managing the creation & delivery of millions of personalised videos

  • Managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction

  • Creating campaign wrap-up reports to ensure client retention

  • Providing product & service feedback to the senior team

  • Running daily internal status meetings and keeping our project status tracker up-to-date

  • Monitoring and reporting on the financial profitability of your campaigns

  • Developing cost estimates, scopes of work & timing plans

  • Being the daily contact for your clients, and representing them internally

  • Helping your clients formulate strategies for effective campaigns

  • Spotting opportunities for cross-sell and growth within our client base

  • Supporting and running client meetings & calls


Skills & experience:


  • Either a degree/masters (2:1/merit minimum) in marketing, advertising or media with some agency experience (intern or as an AE), or a minimum of 2 years experience in an agency

  • Experience in CRM and Social Media marketing

  • Good business head on your shoulders: if you have some experience of running your own project that would be great

  • Fluency in a European language would be beneficial but is not essential

  • Calm under pressure, exceptional people skills & comfortable on the phone and in face 2 face client situations.
