We’ve created Yakatak as a place for football fans to react to the sport they love, at the moments that matter. We’ll let you know when your team is winning and more importantly when your rivals are getting battered! Whether it’s a controversial sending off or a last-minute equaliser you can record your reaction & send it to mates, rivals & the world in seconds.
We’re aiming to crack the elusive sport / social conundrum with the aim of disrupting the entire football industry – whether that be broadcast or betting. It’s not easy but the best things never are!
What we’re looking for?
We’re looking for someone who is creative, motivated, and most importantly, passionate about design. You will work alongside our Lead UI/UX Designer and closely with our Product and Dev team to create an amazing app experience for our users.
- A motivated mobile designer, who loves keeping up to date with current trends – An understanding of UX & UI principles, processes and best practices – The ability to create pixel perfect Android and iOS designs – A knowledge of the Google and Apple design guidelines – Experience designing interfaces for web or mobile applications – Comfortable working with Sketch, or equivalent (Adobe XD, Zeplin, Invision) Photoshop and Illustrator. – Experience with interaction/animation prototyping using Principle, Adobe AE or equivalent a bonus.
You’ll be responsible for: – Wireframing and storyboarding user task flows – Designing low and high fidelity prototypes – Working with developers to design and implement accessible, responsive and consistent UIs – Understanding how user experience falls into line with product requirements – Ensuring the standard of UX is consistent and maintained throughout our entire line of products and services. – Supporting social & marketing campaigns with creative
