LoyaltyLion allows ecommerce stores to create their own online loyalty and engagement program. Traditional loyalty programs are boring and outdated. Our goal is to keep innovating and testing new concepts.

The key is to constantly surprise customers, and that’s what we strive to do. Our completely customisable platform helps increase purchase frequency, improves customer retention and encourages referrals. In the past 12 months we have grown from 300 clients to over 2,000 in 20 countries.

As our Marketing Manager, you’ll have a huge amount of autonomy. We know marketing is the most important growth channel for our business and yet we do not have a full-time employee in marketing. That said, even without a marketing team our website achieves over 20k views a month and 95% of our sales are inbound – these results prove that a marketing team will have a significant impact on our business.

As Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for the entire marketing strategy – our messaging, whether we do paid advertising, who we hire, our content strategy and more. This is a role for someone who wants a challenge. Perhaps you’ve been part of a new marketing team and seen it grow to deliver success and now you want to be the person who builds the team from scratch.

Some of the things you’ll be doing:

  • Defining our marketing strategy
  • Determining how our budget is allocated
  • Devising and implementing a content strategy
  • Optimising our SEO
  • Tracking every marketing effort to determine the ROI
  • Working with partners to deliver co-marketing initiatives – webinars, whitepapers, blogs, events
  • Writing and producing content to an excellent standard
  • Managing outsourced content producers where necessary
  • Stay on top of news and trends in the fields of ecommerce and loyalty, to scope out reactive content opportunities
  • Consistently looking for opportunities for content creation that will enhance growth

What we’re looking for:

  • Minimum of 3 years marketing experience, preferably in a content production or management role
  • A solid understanding of SEO best practice consumer behaviour online
  • A strategic and creative thinker who knows how to utilise digital channels for growth
  • Experience writing and optimising digital content to an exceptional standard
  • Experience creating content for a B2B audience, with the ability to write successfully for the web to drive traffic and build engagement
  • An understanding of ecommerce and consumer behaviour
  • Exceptional attention to detail
