We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Logistics Coordinator that is keen to support our production and sales targets. You will provide end-to-end coordination of our B2B and B2C sales orders.

As a core member of the Operations team, you will play a key role in connecting our logistics and manufacturing environments, contributing to the smooth running of our full end-to-end supply chain operation. Your ability to be proactive, analytical, and highly communicative with both internal and external stakeholders are skills that will serve you extremely well in this role.

This is a unique opportunity to be a part of a disruptive category of music making devices we are creating called ‘Connected Music’ - a network of hardware and software, platform and developer products that will revolutionise how music is made.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide end-to-end coordination of our B2C & B2B orders
Support the management of our global reverse logistics process
Manage UK and US order placement using our ERP system NetSuite
Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are customs clearance compliant
Liaise directly with key stakeholders across logistics, forwarding and brokerage service accounts
Contribute to the management of our warehouse and wider production space including storage and inventory
Process artist and event loans, returns and repairs
Play an active role in improving ROLI’s processes for Logistics

Your Qualifications:

Proven experience working in a logistics, supply chain or production/manufacturing environment
Strong analytical skills, data driven with an eye for detail
A calm and unflappable approach to your work
Superb and demonstrable time-management skills and the ability to effectively prioritise tasks
Excellent communication skills, flawless written English

Ideal Qualifications:

NetSuite or other ERP systems knowledge
Familiarity with EU and US customs legislation and procedures
CILT Qualifications
