Established in 2013 in the heart of London’s Tech City, Snaptrip has secured Series A funding in order to greatly expand marketing efforts.

Snaptrip allows holidaymakers to instantly search cottages on site, presenting only available properties for their selected dates, all displayed with live pricing and without any hidden charges.

For years there have been numerous last minute brands offering discounted breaks to hotels all around the world. Now there is a focused brand for the consumer who wants to book last minute holiday rental properties with exclusive discounts.


The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as their first in-house Partnerships Manager. As Partnerships Manager, you will develop close strategic relationships with major UK partners such as Awin, Top Cashback, Mumsnet, easyfundraising, Money Saving Expert, etc. to deliver incremental bookings to support the growth of Snaptrip. The PM has responsibility for all day-to-day activities, ensuring best-in-class relationships and a strong campaign strategy. We’re looking for a superstar to join our team, who excels at communication and commercial creativity to uncover new partnership opportunities.
Responsibilities

Ownership of the day-to-day activity across the UK’s largest affiliate network, Awin. Developing best-in-class relationships with publishers ranging in size from the largest affiliate brands in the UK to a smaller niche content sites
Lead on commercial negotiations with affiliate companies, achieving the right target cost-per-acquisition and using the best payment models to promote growth, with support from the Marketing Manager. Due to the Snaptrip commercial model, there is an unlimited budget for affiliate growth as long as the right CPA is achieved
Development of a promotion schedule for Snaptrip, making full use of peak seasonality for the holiday cottage sector as well as opportunities from the affiliate base
Ownership of a pipeline for recruiting major strategic partners outside of the traditional affiliate sector, such as online travel agents, accommodation metasearch, high traffic content sites, etc.
Exploring new opportunities to leverage assets from Snaptrip within the partnership channel, such as their imagery, content, product feeds and data
Representing Snaptrip within the wider affiliate industry, attending conferences and events, such as PerformanceIN, IAB, Awin events etc.
Opportunity to create Snaptrip affiliate incentives and events
Acts as a funnel to bring information, updates and trends from the partners back to the Snaptrip team. A highly collaborative approach, with very close contact with marketing and product development. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to have unrivalled exposure to the full workings of a successful start-up
Strong prospect for the campaign to become international within the next eighteen months, as Snaptrip launches in new territories across Europe

Expertise

The ideal candidate for this role will be:
Experienced in developing affiliate partnerships, with a solid track record for affiliate account management or similar
A natural communicator, confident in presenting, leading a small meeting, phone contact and team collaboration. Sociable, enjoys attending affiliate events
Highly effective at written communication, able to confidently prepare a presentation or emails with first rate attention to detail
Data confident, able to make full use of the wealth of data available through Snaptrip such as Awin, Google Analytics, etc with support from the Marketing Manager when required.
A natural collaborator, open to sharing input and ideas with the dynamic team around them
A positive, friendly approach to fit in with our clients and wider team
