Peak is looking for a Junior QA, who will be working with our Android and iOS development teams and operate our manual testing processes.

You will be involved in test planning and test execution, and your input will influence our product development, from the requirements gathering stage to deployment. You will work within a collaborative team who are all dedicated to creating a world-class product and user experience. You will have a passion for mobile apps and have an eye for spotting possible improvements and bugs.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Create, implement, maintain, and enhance test plans that ensure exhaustive testing of all our mobile products.
Collaborate with developers to improve overall product quality by emphasising defect prevention throughout the development process.
Identify areas for test improvement through analysis, experience and use of metrics

REQUIREMENTS
Passionate about gaming and mobile apps
A solid understanding of mobile apps and the underlying technology behind them, including participating in public or private beta testing

Understanding of modern QA processes and practices.

Experience with agile development tools.

Previous use of multiple operating systems (e.g. MacOsX, Linux and Windows).

Familiarity with databases and experience with examining log files for evidence.

Strong prioritisation skills, with the ability to gage the relative significance of ‘bugs’

A passion for the start up scene and willingness to learn and grow

Eligible to work in the UK

NICE TO HAVE
Experience with deployment using CI servers (e.g. Jenkins, Bitrise).
Experience using Postman and Charles Proxy for API and Proxy checks.
