Brisqq provides local logistics-as-a-service, enabling retailers to offer same day (or future date) deliveries and returns in 1-hour timeslots (chosen by the shopper). Our technology takes the pain out of delivery for retailers by connecting them with local, crowdsourced, freelancers, providing 100% visibility over deliveries (live tracking). Our state-of-the-art security features ensures ultimate peace of mind. We have done 10’s of 000’s of deliveries to date in London and count some of the largest names in retail (across a wide variety of retail sub-sectors) as our customers.



The Role
The primary role of the Account Manager is to manage Brisqq’s retail partner relationships to ensure that our partners and their customers are getting the most out of our software and service always.


As part of the role, you will be:
• Managing and furthering the relationship between Brisqq and our retail partners
• Analysing delivery data critically and intelligently and using it to learn and improve partner relationships
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize value of existing accounts
• Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthly/annual sales results, forecasts, account uplift, etc.)
• Prepare periodic reports on partner account performance
• Collaborate with sales team to identify any growth opportunities
• Assist with challenging partners requests or issue escalations as needed


Requirements
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, or relevant role
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and MS Office (particularly MS Excel)
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Strong analytical skills
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
