Job Description - 25K + OTE Uncapped commission.

The role of the Business Development Executive is outreach. We want to spread the word of Cognism as much as possible. You’ll be selling, a lot. You will be involved in nurturing leads and developing the sales cycle.

We expect you to put in the work and it’ll be rewarded, we don’t limit you to “just sales.” If you want to progress into other areas of business this is a perfect place to start. If you’re a fast learner and work hard you’ll be able to make more money than your friends, easily.

We’re looking for someone who is: Confident, smart and organised but not a “drone.”

You can’t be afraid of getting on the phone and making noise in the office, you’re a hard worker who has tenacity and enthusiasm for; 1. Making money and 2. Seeing a business grow because of what you have done. You don’t have to have a background in tech but a passion for self-development and successful. Your role is going to have a lot of scope for growth and in the not-too-distant future have your own team under you. You need to think on your feet without getting flustered and have a lot of ambition.

If you have sales experience great, if not, it’s not a deal breaker.
