Homeshift is a growing tech startup that helps consumers combine ‘must have’ household services such as energy, internet and insurance into a single subscription, visualised on a home dashboard, to give consumers better value services, faster customer support and a simpler experience. ROLE

Homeshift is seeking an experienced Head of Business Development and Partnerships whose mission will be to lead the business development and partnerships team to drive increased revenue and profit to exceed the Homeshift`s ambitious growth objectives.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Leadership: Lead the business development and partnerships team to exceed sales and business goals.
- Management: Day-to-day management of the Business Development and Partnerships Team, providing support and ensuring the team have tools needed to carry out their duties.
- Strategy: Develop and deploy business development GTM strategy and execution plan.
- Growth and Analysis: Understanding sector/market trends and analyse key indicators to identify new sales streams and business opportunities.
- Reporting: Report on team KPIs and provide data-driven feedback to help improve the business.
- Feedback: Relay customer feedback to the Product, Engineering and Customer Success teams.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- Strategic, self-driven thinker
- Proven sales/business development track record
- Demonstrated ability to manage strategic partnerships at C-suite level
- Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and manage a team
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
