Everpress is on a mission to help thousands of artists, influencers and brands spread their message and sell beautiful custom products to millions of consumers worldwide. Launched in 2016, we're growing fast - 25% MoM, and are just getting started.

We’re looking for an ambitious growth-marketer to join our team and shape our digital strategy. You’ll believe in our mission and have a deep understanding our customers, taking the lead in our paid acquisition channels and conversion rate optimisation to drive rapid growth in UK and abroad.

The Role:
- Build and own Everpress’s digital marketing strategy to drive our performance targets
- You’ll be equally comfortable building strategy, collaborating with tech and product teams and getting stuck into building emails
- You will be analytical and results-driven - have a great understanding of how to measure CRM performance, and how to segment our fast-growing user base, with a growth experiment mindset
- You’ll run ongoing tests to optimise channels and maintain a digital marketing mix that lowers acquisition costs and increases lifetime values
- Be responsible for marketing and product messaging across multiple channels spanning Everpress’s customer lifecycle, with a focus on email and web copy
- Take on a wide range of marketing activities: SEM, SEO, customer segmentation, email marketing, customer on-boarding, reactivation/engagement initiatives, promotional campaigns and referral schemes
- In-depth experience of Facebook marketing with a proven track record in growing sales through Facebook ads using all of their platform tools
- You’ll be quick thinking, flexible, with an understanding of behavioural marketing / growth hacking and explore, assess and rigorously test new digital and offline channels

The Ideal Candidate:
- A strong track record of growth in another start up with 3+ years of experience in growth, product, and/or marketing roles
- You live and breathe digital marketing and have an innate understanding of the full sales funnel
- You will have led and executed online campaigns with demonstrated uplift in traffic and conversions.
- You’re searching for a leading role to drive growth for an early stage startup.
- The numeracy and intelligence to harness and deploy data from SQLs, Excel and HTML
- You’ll have an advanced, working knowledge of analytics and email marketing tools, plus experience with A/B testing and optimisation/growth hacking techniques.
- Relentless experimentation coupled with the ability to clearly lay out expectations and accountability within your team
- Experience in e-commerce marketplaces or B2B services is an advantage, but your ability to learn, adapt and think creatively will give you the edge.
- You are a supportive person who enjoys mentoring and has the skills and desire to hire and nurture fellow team members
