Join the Adthena Team as a Sales Development Representative!


We are growing our Sales Team and are looking for an ambitious Sales Development Representative to join us in London. Partnership with two Account Executives Manager in the UK office to map out and target clients within a key vertical, (Eg Retail, Finance, Travel, Automotive.) You will then look to generate opportunities for them with some of the biggest ECommerce spenders in the space.


The Sales Development Representative will focus on new business and generate opportunities from scratch. You’ll create a plan alongside the Account Executive of how to generate new business, and focus on outbound calling & activity to generate interest for them to convert to business wins.


Key Responsibilities will include:


Identify new business opportunities and target clients.
Map out the market, and complete target company identification and sector prep.
Working through key industry verticals to refine messaging by sector.
Prospecting through outbound calls and other activity to create a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Engaging prospects in consultative discovery to understand their competitive landscape & competitive intelligence requirements.
Proposing solutions based on the Adthena value proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies & user cases.
Achieving personal activity, & opportunity targets.
Meeting and Exceeding Targets set to you


Who we are looking for:


You’ll be confident at outbound sales or lead generation, and be able to confidently articulate the value and proposition of Adthena, and the benefits and gains we can generate for prospective clients.


We will teach you all about Search Marketing and our technology, but we will be looking for someone who is intrigued, interested and excited about technology and be excited and confident at holding investigative and probing fact-finding calls with prospective customers that will lead to us winning new business. Fundamentally you will want to be a great sales person and make lots of money.
We Ideally want ambitious people who want to progress through to an Account Executive position quickly.
Your Experience and skills will include:
At least 6 months – 1 year’s experience of selling on the phone through outbound calls – ideally in SAAS or Technology Sales, Media Sales, Recruitment, or a B2B sales environment.
Proven track record of success prospecting to key decision makers in industry leading companies (ideally at senior to enterprise level.)
History and proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
Keen interest in working in a fast-paced, fluid, startup that is scaling and preparing for international growth.
Knowledge of Online marketing or search marketing, if not you will be eager and keen to learn more about it.
A desire to work in sales, develop your sales career, and be a great salesperson.
