Could you be the next Executive Assistant?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, autonomous individual who is forward thinking and efficient. You are good at communicating with others and can organise everything from calendars to files. You will go the extra mile in multi-tasking and making sure that the Director and the COO are happy.

As an Executive Assistant your responsibilities will include
Posting product deliveries
Answering phones and dealing with technical product support queries (training provided)
Organising the company filing system
Making sure that the Director attends all appointments and signs all documents needed from him
Handling office events such as, ordering in food, organising desk formations and making sure everyone has attended
Showing guests to meetings and making them beverages if needed

For the best possible fit we are looking for someone who
Has an advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications (specifically excel), Gmail, Google Drive and Google Calendar
Ability to arrange flights, hotels and travel

Bonus points for
Has experience being an assistant or a role with similar qualities
Taking any courses related to the role
Being a first-aider
Good knowledge of London restaurants, businesses, and travel routes
Knowledge of Charlie HR and Slack application
