Charlie is a free HR platform for Startups, we built it to solve the problems we encountered when growing our companies. It turned out that we weren’t the only founders struggling with pains as we scaled, and we started letting our friends use Charlie too.

We’re on a mission to grow Charlie across the UK within the next 15 months and we want a passionate individual who can grow our customer base from day one, ensuring that every user has the best experience possible from the day they sign up.

We all focus on building genuine relationships with our customers, they are the center of everything we do. This role has a specific focus on helping to grow our top line revenue through supporting new & existing customers with demo’s and insight into how CharlieHR+ can work for their business.

Role responsibilities will include:

Working with our customer experience manager to solve customer support questions.
Delivering the absolute best demo experience we can to potential HR+ customers.
Iterating & automating as much of our demo process as we can, while ensuring quality remains high.
Handling any post demo requests or questions to ensure the “upgrade” experience is as slick as possible.
Iterating on how best to use demo’s to ensure we’re maximising our return from them.
Constantly feeding back what you’re hearing from customers on a daily basis, ensuring our product managers are informed as possible.
Being responsible for our CRM (salesforce) & keeping the information as up to date and relevant as possible.

Requirements

Exceptional at quickly building relationships, with the charm and wit to make our customers love you!

A great communicator with exceptional written and spoken English - as comfortable on the phone as meeting in person or talking over chat.

Diligent, organised and resilient - these will be busy, fast paced days and need someone who can work effectively and efficiently under pressure.

Persuasive enough to be able to persuade potential customers that we’re the right solution for them.

Motivated by driving towards ambitious targets, knowing that reaching them will always require a little extra.
