City Relay is a Local City Front Desk for Airbnb & Short Term Rental Owners. We are the only local Reception Desk using Technology to create an infrastructure for Airbnb hosts who believe that managing vacation rental should be easy.

We provide management services: key exchange, luggage storage and cleaning services as well as advanced marketing option to help Hosts with the many challenges faced with a vacation rental. We built our own software, a yield, and channel manager to price and market short term rentals.

As a Junior Account Manager you will report to the Account Manager and you will look after our hosts accounts. You truly get Airbnb (for hosts and for guests), and you’ll get extra points if you’ve previously worked/ studied in the hospitality industry. You must be sociable and able to build rapport quickly and easily.

Core responsibilities:

Converting our inbound leads, understanding the ins and outs of our service, keeping the responsiveness at impressively high levels.
Establishing timely renewals by owning the commercial relationship end to end, including client growth and strategy, forecasting, negotiation and execution of contracts.
Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships assuming primary responsibility for host retention.
Respond in a timely manner to host questions / issues and offer rapid solutions, working closely with other departments such as Reservations, Operations and the Guest Relations team
Ensuring all our current Hosts’ questions, comments and concerns are answered. Our host queries range from the mundane to the challenging - from maintenance to pricing strategy.
Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement
Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. sales results and annual forecasts, reviews and guest experience )
Drive outstanding rates of renewal, expansion and advocacy in City Relay client base

Requirements:
2-3 years experience in sales and business development
Passionate about hospitality and airbnb services
Exemplary planning and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Good understanding of building and maintaining relationships
We love people that can bring forward ideas and set up new procedures
Keen to learn and grow with the company
Hospitality Background is a plus.
