We are not just any parking company, ParkBee is very much focused on optimising the experience for our customers, being attentive and supportive and approachable. In order to further develop we are searching for a customer service & engagement hero. To handle customer questions, via the website, e-mail, social media and telephone, but also to utilise direct contact with customers to grow their loyalty. Developing customer loyalty programs together with our marketers, optimising the experience by developing and sending surveys and conducting customer research at location. This job is a great mix with a lot of human contact in a team where we have that human touch as a special addition to our service.


- Main customer service representative; responding to customer questions via telephone, e-mail, chatbot, social media and website

- Assuring that the ParkBee story is told and explained to customers in all customer service touchpoints

- Customer surveys; to measure customer satisfaction and optimise ParkBee, via e-mail, phone or face to face

- Stimulating customer loyalty; with direct contact, social media, and develop e-mail campaigns

- Developing and editing content for ParkBee’s website and social media channels

- Think a long to enhance customer happiness, optimising ParkBee’s service and advising the marketing and operations team to optimise the customer journey


- 1-3 years of experience preferably in customer service

- Experience in working with Social Media

- You are a people person, love direct contact in see it as a challenge to assure every customer contact results in a positive response

- Team player with a dynamic, outgoing personality; strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential;

- Strong work ethic with enthusiasm to work for a start-up

- You truly care about (our) customers, and see the customer happiness as your key responsibility

- Creativity to solve problems and to create content

- Humor to create interesting and fun content, but also to be able to have a good laugh with our customers. Parking can be fun ;)
