Panel Assistant

We’re looking for a Panel Assistant to support the Panel Manager and make the internet a better place.
The Panel Assistant role will intend to deal with community and social media management tasks and to provide IT support to our community of tester (we have a very crowded community of people that conduct usability testing!!) We won’t ditch you, don’t worry! Training and courses will be provided.
No previous experience of UX is required.

Duties and Responsibilities

Providing support to website testers
Social media management
Manages company social media channels, including Facebook, Twitter, and other relevant platforms
Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content
Works as part of the Panel team to develop social media campaigns
Proposes new ideas and concepts for social media content
Works with Panel Team to coordinate ads/campaigns
Manages social media communications
Contributing interesting content and producing engagement programs including writing newsletters
Project management - supporting a range of client projects with the panel manager, account managers and UX team.
Managing user outreach, encouraging users to take part in a variety of projects
Supporting the panel manager in building the global panel of website testers


Knowledge/ Skills/ Experience

Essential

IT Knowledge
Excellent understanding and extensive previous use of Microsoft Excel
Marketing, social media, community management
Market research or User Experience.
Proficiency in MS Office

Desirable

University degree/ HND qualification
Research understanding
Speaks a second language fairly fluently
Must love gifs
