Marketing Executive

We are currently seeking a Marketing Executive to work for a market leading Salesforce Partner in London. This position would ideally suit a graduate with a marketing degree looking to embark on a career or someone looking for their next marketing role.

About You
You will be proactive and confident with some experience in digital marketing, including email campaigns and an understanding of Social Media Marketing.

You will provide marketing support to the business and reflecting the brand through all communication.
Key responsibilities will include: producing marketing material utilising design packages (Photoshop and InDesign); supporting Events/Webinars; updating the website using WordPress; assisting with email campaigns and digital advertising; creating newsletters and other duties as required.

Not essential but an understanding of Google Analytics / Google AdWords would be advantageous.
Marketing Assistant responsibilities
• Contribute ideas to assist development of marketing plans
• Manage and implement direct marketing campaigns (emails, mailshots, etc.) and track responses
• Use the Company’s marketing automation tools to carry out marketing tasks, including Salesforce (for pipeline management) and pardot (for email marketing).
• Plan and coordinate internal events and Webinars with the Marketing Manager
• Create marketing lists for use in campaigns, including obtaining new data and cleansing data
• Co-ordinate the creation of a regular company newsletter and send it to clients and account execs
• Send out regular product and solution updates to customers
• Update the Company websites (WordPress) with new content, to keep the sites fresh, and coordinate improvements
• Provide marketing support for the Company Directors
• Work on internal communications to promote our marketing activities and raise awareness around the company in respect of collateral and other marketing tools that are available – this will include identifying and using suitable social media tools
• Improve marketing presentations – for example, update text and format of sales packages
• Support the Marketing Manager in coordinating PR activities and assist with developing case studies and other collateral, working closely with the sales team, agencies and external designers/web developers as needed
• Make text changes to existing Company collateral using InDesign or Photoshop where required.

Skills and attributes
• A background in Marketing
• Have experience of writing blogs
• Have experience with social media marketing
• Have experience of using WordPress
• Have experience of using Dotmailer or similar e-mail marketing tool
• Familiarity with using Salesforce CRM system (Not essential but would be advantageous)
• Experience of Indesign and Photoshop
• Experience in the use of Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal at all levels
• Ability to cope with a variety of tasks simultaneously
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team

This role will be based in London so the candidate must be available to work there
