You’re going to be fuelling our sales team with the raw data (leads) that they need to meet our aggressive growth targets. You’ll have access to a small team of Assistants in the Philippines to assist you in every way – they’re awesome and learn fast. Regular travel to the Philippines.

The Job; in full:
As a CRM Data Executive, you will be an integral part of ResponseiQ’s growth. This is a fully supported role with plenty of training, but you will also have the freedom to make the role your own by bringing ideas to life and using the team in the Philippines to help you full-time.
Whilst we have a large database of companies on our CRM system, your role will also be to hunt out new companies we can work with and discover new prospects. You will be responsible for importing data into the CRM database, ensure data quality measures are met, create reports and dashboards in Hubspot. The team in the Philippines will do most of the heavy lifting side of the data capture, but it will be your role to proof its quality and ensure it’s filtered into our CRM system properly.
We will be setting up an email prospecting process using automated tools (prospect.io), this will be conducted by our team in the Philippines with all leads followed up by our UK sales team. It will be your responsibility to report on the effectiveness of these campaigns and make changes where appropriate. Naturally, Sam & Scott (Head of Sales & CEO) will have their input into this process, as it evolves.
You’ll be using a variety of proven methods we already know get results and be expected to think outside the box to bring ideas to Sam & Scott to bring more data and leads into the top of the funnel.
