Who are we?
At Indie Bay, we create snacks with benefits. Our mission is to innovate, taking the best of what has been before and adding the latest in taste and tech, crafting delicious snacks that are healthier than the alternatives. We launched in August 2017 and are updating the classics, starting with the sleepy pretzel. The result is Pretzel Bites; a total reinvention of the original. They currently come in three flavours: Spelt and Rock Salt, Sunflower with Superseeds and Quinoa and Cracked Pepper. Crunchy and delicious, they contain only natural ingredients with most flavours containing fewer than a hundred calories per pack. Who are you?
We are looking for a real all-rounder who is just as comfortable buried in a spreadsheet as handing out snacks at Topman HQ. Flexibility and a willingness to get stuck-in are essential.
• You’ll have 1-3 years experience in FMCG, ideally in a fast-moving category. If you’ve worked with major multiples or contract caterers, bonus!
• You have strong commercial acumen and analytics skills.
• You want to know everything about our customers and you want it all documented.
• Positive & enthusiastic - you need to be comfortable with to anyone and everyone.
• Foreign language skills are non-essential but would be really valuable to support our growth.

What’s the job?
Your primary responsibility will be working with Head of Sales to grow our business, manage that growth, and look after existing and developing customer relationships. This includes (but is in absolutely no way limited to):
• Identifying new business opportunities and routes to market.
• Develop a full understanding of our accounts in order to maximise sales volume.
• Managing customer databases and contacts.
• Regular reporting on sales and market data.
• Working with our wider team on in-store activations, including product sampling.
• Supporting administrative tasks as required.
