Customer Service Manager

We’re looking for a driven and energetic new member of our Customer service team.

At Neit, we take a good hard look at trusted old products and put them back together again with innovative, stylish design and engineering to make them more relevant and useful in today’s world.

Your Role:
You will be working part-time both with customers, and as part of our internal team to provide the best possible customer experience.

A successful applicant will feel a need to make a difference, be driven and results-oriented.
You will also thrive in a start-up/unconventional company environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming sales enquiries

• Managing existing customer enquiries

• Working with our Ops team to service our customers as best as possible

• Going the extra mile to ensure 100% customer satisfaction for all customers.



Profile:

• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal.

• Attention to detail 

• A proactive & highly-motivated nature, with a desire to consistently outperform targets

• Strong computer literacy including a previous experience using Customer Service software, spreadsheets, chat engines, is a must.

General:

• Part -time (2-3hrs a day) Paid per hour

• Flexible working location
