Office Manager

at Beauhurst in London

(₤25000 - ₤30000 per year)

You have an inner (or not-so-inner) geek. You’re not afraid to challenge and be challenged as long as you’re making things better. You work best with people who make you laugh.

Logical conclusion: you belong at Beauhurst.

Beauhurst is on a mission to find and track every ambitious, high-growth business in the UK. It’s going well – in fact, we’re already the number one data source for this sort of information. And we’ve built a clever online platform so that we can share an unprecedented amount of it with our users. They tell us it’s enormously valuable but, as an ambitious company ourselves, we’re not done yet.

That’s why we’re on the hunt for more brilliant people.

THE ROLE

We’re looking for someone to come and manage our shiny new Brixton office (complete with rooftop terrace). You’ll report to the Chief of Staff and work with people across the company to make sure everything runs like clockwork – keeping us fully stocked with beers, teas and stationery and generally ensuring that everyone’s working life is as easy and fun as possible.

You’ll be a key point of contact - greeting guests, screening phone calls, and managing deliveries. You’ll support HR with hiring, on boarding and organising events both in and out of the office. And you’ll also work with our Account Management team and our accountants to manage our day-to-day financial admin, for example chasing our subscribers to get their invoices paid on time and running staff expenses.

YOU

You’ll be exceptionally neat and organised (with an attention to detail bordering on the obsessive) and driven by helping others do their jobs better. We're looking for someone with a few years' experience of running an office environment, who rarely drops the ball and is full of ideas for improving the way things are done. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.

OUR OFFER

Once you’re here, we’re committed to your learning and development. We have a great track record of promoting from within, and if you’re interested in something we’ll support you with books, courses, and conferences.

Our calendar is full of company events and our perks aren’t bad either. We’ve just launched a substantial options scheme, giving you the chance to share in Beauhurst’s growth and success.

All our people get flexible hours, matched pension contribution, a season ticket travel loan, free mobile phone insurance, half price cinema tickets, Friday beer fridge and more.

That all sound up your street? Then it’s about time you applied!
