We are looking for an AdOps manager to join our rapidly-growing team, helping to deliver client campaigns and add value to the ongoing development of our tech stack. We are looking for someone who can deliver value beyond their immediate role, bringing insight and strategic development to the team.

About You

You will work as a core part of the campaigns team, ensuring that campaigns are set-up and delivered on-time and against client KPIs. Beyond this we want someone who can help to evolve our products and bring insight from within the AdTech space.

You will need to be confident in your abilities and want a role that is challenging. We believe in allowing great people to grow as quickly as they wish, so there is a real opportunity here to make this role your own and to develop a team around you.

You will have worked across different DSPs/ DMPs and be fully integrated with the programmatic space.

You will ideally have worked in a Native Advertising context, or have a good understanding of how this is different to other digital media.

You will be a confident communicator, happy to share feedback with all levels of the company, and able to speak with clients when required.

You will be analytical, spotting opportunities where we can improve our offering for our clients, and working with the Tech team to implement these improvements.
