The Job; in short:
You’re going to be hunting out top people for our hugely fast-growing business. From the beginning of the process (headhunt) to the “to be continued” part (cover letter/CV filtering/phone interview) all the way to the onboarding. This role has the potential to grow exponentially as our business has already grown 200% in 3 months and we do not plan on slowing that down.

You; in full:
You’re confident, smart and organised… but not boring, never boring.


You can’t be afraid of getting on the phone and making noise in the office, you’re a hard worker who has tenacity and enthusiasm for; 1. making money and 2. seeing a business grow because of what you have done. You don’t need to care about tech but you do need to have a passion for being successful, your role is going to have a lot of scope for growth and if you’re good, you could be making a lot of money, as well as having your own team under you in the future. You need to be able to think on your feet without getting flustered and have a lot of ambition.


You’re sociable, outgoing and don’t shy away from a good night out if one is on the cards.


If you’ve got sales experience then great, but that’s not a deal breaker.

We’ve already begun building a great sales team who make it fun being in the office, so we’re looking to add to that.


Scott and I are both in our 20s and come from a background, working in large companies and, as a result, hate everything and anything that even comes close to representing corporate working environments.


We were mates before we started working together and are looking for people who fit in well socially, just as much as they can do the job. We very much operate a “work hard, play hard” ethos.


We’re in the early days but both have massive ambitions for this company and will do what it takes to get it to where we want it to go, which is why we need a strong team to support us.


I’m Sam and am the Head of Sales & Development. I have over 10 years experience in new business sales, including extensive training and management experience.


Scott is the Founder & CEO and comes from a financial background. He left the corporate world to start ResponseiQ and is an incredibly hard worker, leading by example.


Whilst we’re currently a small (but rapidly expanding) team, we’re part of a larger portfolio of tech start-ups in RocketSpace, a co-working space, which we fully use to our advantage on both a personal and professional level.

The Job; in full:
As our Talent Acquisition Executive, you will be an integral part of ResponseiQ’s growth. This is a supported role but you will be working autonomously and will have complete freedom to make the role yours.


We’ll need you spending most of your time head-hunting exciting, new, candidates who would be a great fit for the ResponseiQ team, as well as filtering through applications coming through the job ads. You’ll be conducting the initial phone interviews as well as sitting in on the face-to-face stages. Once a candidate has been placed you will be collecting references and making the onboarding process nice and smooth with the various documentation needed.
