Kheiron is a fast-growing, medical imaging company that uses advanced machine learning technologies to develop and provide intelligent tools for radiologists, radiology departments, imaging centers and hospitals to improve the efficiency, consistency and accuracy of radiology reporting. As radiologists play a key role in the diagnosis, treatment, and outcome of patients, we aim to save more lives through empowering radiologists.
We are an enthusiastic, passionate and hardworking team looking to add a similarly minded Senior Ops Manager.


THE ROLE
This is an opportunity to play a key role in an early, fast-moving and well-funded business with a strong mission to impact people’s health and lives. You will be managing a variety of operations-heavy areas such as project/programme management, event management, HR, finance, business communications, vendor management, and business-critical tasks as and when they arise. You will work very closely with the senior management team, in particular the CEO. Being in an extremely fast-paced environment, you will thrive in developing processes to support dynamically changing business needs. You will be a powerhouse in getting things done, paying attention to quality and detail and taking on a variety of tasks and responsibilities with independence and initiative.


Areas of responsibility:
Programme and project management (internal and external)
Building and scaling business systems, operations and processes
End to end recruitment process including external recruitment resource
People processes, development and training
Office logistics
Helping to build the brand both internally and externally
Internal comms and information flow
Board meeting input and information management
Financial reconciliation, administration and payroll management
International expansion
Culture building and team cohesion
Liasing with external partners such as lawyers, accountants, vendors and virtual admin support
Event management and coordination


Required skills/experience:
At least 5 years of professional experience in a successful operations-heavy role
Being comfortable taking on new tasks, taking initiative, working independently and learning new things
Great organisational and communication skills
A self-motivated “get things done” attitude


Desirable skills/experience:
Previous start-up experience or interest in working in start-ups
Previous HR/Legal/Accounting experience
Experience and/or interest in healthcare
Enthusiasm for how technology can make lives better
