we’re looking for a smart, numerically adept graduate to join our lean and fast-paced Digital Customer Acquisition team.

we are growing quickly and working on a different way of doing things. there’s a huge amount to learn and participate in. you’ll be taking ownership over a variety of exciting projects centred around digital marketing campaign data analysis, email marketing (CRM) & advertising.

the role is a paid, full-time internship. you'll have the chance to gain exposure across the business, and take ownership of individual projects. upon completing the 3 months, the expectation is that you stay on with us full time. the internship is paid according to London Living Wage with a guaranteed raise upon successful completion.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
o analyse campaign and customer data in order to find ways to improve our marketing campaigns
o use various marketing platforms to monitor, implement and optimise campaigns
o implement and report on A/B and Multi-Variate tests to improve conversion rates (conversion to purchase)
o manage advertising spend and/or marketing activities which are a large source of revenue for the business
o communicate with the Content team about creative requirements for marketing campaigns
o discuss insights, campaign ideas and results with a variety of other people in the business, via reports, presentations & verbally

REQUIREMENTS:
o 2.1 or 1st class STEM degree (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) from a recognised university
o data-driven and analytical with excellent attention to detail
o inquisitive mind & a problem solver
o independent self-starter with strong communication skills
o adaptable and flexible with an ability to multi-task
