ACCOUNT MANAGER - VAMOOS

Our Account Managers are Vamoos’ frontline, offering exceptional service to their portfolio of customers while simultaneously driving business growth. They own the customer relationship from when they sign up, all the way through to renewal and advocacy.

At Vamoos, we really love our customers, we want them to have the best possible experience. Our Account Managers are skilled at building trust, explaining how Vamoos works and nurturing successful long term relationships.

On top of this, our customers are crucial to our development strategy. Our account managers get excited about their feedback and ensure this informs the development pipeline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage all customers’ needs – from initial training and set up through to every day enquiries.
• Provide regular updates to the entire client base on new features and re-educate on the overall product.
• Maintain user manuals and introduce innovative ways of communicating with our client base (webinars, videos etc)
• Support clients through the renewals process ensuring we exceed targets and upgrade clients where necessary. Involves creation and follow up of invoices and financial data tracking 
• Use client feedback to inform the development of the Vamoos technology pipeline.
• Support in promoting the brand and in generating new ideas for long term marketing
• Contribute own ideas to any part of the business. This is a small team and ideas are always welcome!

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Proven customer relationship management experience (3+ years as part of a sales team)
• Strong communication and listening skills with an excellent telephone manner and a passion for delighting customers
• Exceptional time-management and multitasking skills
• Good experience in explaining products and services to customers
• Be proactive, motivated, and metrics-driven
• The ability to think outside the box and to make suggestions that will help us improve our products, systems and processes
• Ambition and an entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a dynamic, team-oriented environment

This full-time role offers a competitive compensation package and is based in central London, walking distance from Paddington Station.
