Strategic Sales and Operations Lead

Issufy is a leading financial technology (fintech) company working with leading investment banks and asset management firms globally. We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for the right commercial leader to help drive the business forward.

Requirements: This is a senior management role within the organisation. This role requires the successful individual to work with the management team to:
• Originate new client relationships within the capital markets industry. The key buying behaviour will revolve around Heads of Capital Markets, Heads of Compliance and Heads of Equities / Fixed Income.
• Manage all operational aspects of such relationships including negotiating pricing, negotiation and signing of contracts with partner organisations.
• Liaise with clients on new product requirements such as new features to be created and deployed.

Qualifications and Experiences:
• At least an undergraduate degree in a related subject (e.g. economics, finance, social sciences) from a top tier university.
• At least 3 years of experience in equity capital markets or debt capital markets at a top tier investment bank
• Experience in equity or debt sales at a top tier investment bank
• At least 4 years of experience in enterprise sales at a technology firm, ideally in the field of software created specifically for the use of financial services institutions like investment banks.
• Experience in financial regulatory compliance, especially MiFID II and MAR.
