Studio/Office Manager

EAVE are seeking a Studio/Office Manager to help keep the office running smoothly as the business grows. Our mission is to eliminate Noise Induced Hearing Loss using cutting edge technology, exceptional product design and customer focus.

The role is ideal for a graduate in business management, or for an individual with experience in office management. Equally, if you are a quick learner and are interested in what it takes to run a business we would be interested to hear from you.

Duties will include but are not limited to:
• Keeping the studio/office running smoothly including management of payroll, invoices and expenses in collaboration with our accountants and finance manager
• Setting up new starters
• Booking team accommodation and transport for off-site days
• Coordinating with external partners relevant to Studio/Office management
• Ensuring the team have the correct tools, programs and materials necessary for them to do their work
• Organising team social events and internal team meetings
• Assisting in the recruitment process
• Housekeeping duties - organising utility bills, ensuring kitchen and bathrooms are fully stocked and kept tidy, liaising with the weekly cleaner
• Ad hoc duties such as checking through post, sending letters and depositing payments

Beyond these core responsibilities it will be possible to develop the role depending on your personal interests and strengths.
