Our service is available in London, Manchester, Birmingham, Dublin and Dubai. We are currently looking for a sales associates to join our fast growing team at our head office in London. Energetic and talented individuals ready to take up challenges and have a go-getter attitude are welcome to apply for the advertised position

Your roles and responsibility include but is not limited to the following
B2B sales:
build good working relationships
understand the needs of your business customers.
research the market and related products.
present the product or service favourably and in a structured professional way face-to-face.

B2C sales
listen to customer requirements and present ourselves appropriately to make a sale/ win the account.
maintain and develop relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails.
cold call to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business
respond to incoming email and phone enquiries.
act as a contact between a company and its existing and potential markets
negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales after liasing with the manager in charge if required.
gather market and customer information
challenge any objections with a view to getting the customer to by the service/ maintain the account.
advise on forthcoming service developments beneficial to the account holders.
create detailed proposal documents, often as part of a formal bidding process which is largely dictated by the prospective customer
Check, educate and update himself with the services and offerings from time to time.

For both the areas the covers, you'll be required to:
negotiate on costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and also with the internal team mates.
liaise with suppliers to check the progress of existing accounts
record sales and order information and entering figures into a computer system.
represent the company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
feed future buying trends back to Laundryheap team.
review your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets.
attend team meetings and share best practice with colleagues.

Qualifications:
business, management or marketing
computing, engineering or technology (for technical sales)
media studies (for advertising and media sales)
