About the role
Reporting to one of the directors David Weaver, the Senior SEO Manager will be responsible for the entire SEO function of the business.

You will lead the way with planning and executing SEO strategies for our growth across Europe, with huge scope for career progression as you build your own team from the ground up.

• Support from our investors, some of Europe’s leading entrepreneurs with regular visits to Amsterdam to meet with the team

Skills, knowledge and experience
• On-site technical SEO – Use tools to identify site issues and work with our developer to implement changes
• Keyword research – Score keyword opportunities based on an impact, confidence and ease scale to determine where to focus first
• Content strategy – Map out a clear strategy that you’ll be executing from along with required budgets and timescales
• Content creation - Utilise in house and external writers to produce content – short form, long form, guides, galleries, interactive pieces and video.
• Outreach – Set up an efficient outreach strategy, utilising your direct report and automation for link building
• Social media – Use social media channels as part of the SEO strategy where relevant
• Long tail – Take over from our work so far on a long tail strategy
• Competitive terms – Get our brand on to page one for terms such as; sell gold, sell watch, sell jewellery and similar
• Reporting – Clearly report on a weekly basis the progress and new goals on all SEO projects and core keywords

To be considered for the role you must be able to demonstrate to us how you have successfully grown the organic traffic at previous businesses. We are looking for someone with a proven track record who can come in and implement similar processes to what they have used in the past.

You must have an excellent understanding of all SEO principles, be up to speed with current trends and have an eye of what is around the corner.
