This is a part time role at 15- 22.5 hours per week, days and hours to be discussed. There may be scope in future for it to become a full time role.

The Role

We are looking for a creative and commercial marketeer to own our Marketing and PR strategy. Experience in a subscription based business would be a huge plus.

Leading our creative and communications team, you will play a lead role in growing and developing the business, enabling us to maximize our unique position in the market and take the company to the next level in terms of engagement, awareness and sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Execute and track a multi channel marketing strategy (Social, Direct, Ambassadors, PR)
• Increase following and engagement across all social channels
• Identify market trends and insights
• Build Sales and Marketing lead funnels.
• Build and Cultivate relationships with external agencies, press and partners
• Measure and report performance against KPI’s and Campaigns
• Work with our in-house Creative Director to provide all team members with strong brand guidelines
• Manage Marketing Budget
• Manage and mentor the marketing team (currently 1 member)



Skills and Knowledge

• 5+ Years marketing experience with at least 1 year in a Director Position
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing Social Media Strategy/Email Campaigns/Marketing Database/Press relationships/Paid Advertising Campaigns
• Solid Knowledge of website analytics tools
• Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns - preferable
• Strong team working and project management skills
• Experience in a Tech Company – Preferable
• Experience in a Subscription Based Company - Preferable
• Ability to see the big picture with a pragmatic/flexible approach (understanding the practicalities of a small business). You are strategic as well as being hands on and practical

Start date: February 2018
Location: Central London
Salary : Dependent on experience – please outline your salary expectation in your application.
Working Hours: 15- 22.5 hours per week spread over 3 or 4 days preferred, we will consider other arrangements for the right candidate.
