What your role would be:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager. This is a rare opportunity to become a founding and critical member of a rapidly growing startup in the world of sports. You’ll be tasked with on boarding new partners across our 3 sports, golf, cycling and ski. You will work closely with the CEO in building and executing a short to mid-term strategy for how we should be targeting and closing new partners.

What you’ll do:
• Identify key partners and build relationships and credibility within their organisations
• Identify, structure, negotiate and close large, complex deals with tier one distribution partners
• Work closely with and drive cross-functional teams towards deal objectives and advocate internally on behalf of partners
• Manage partnerships from beginning to end, servicing with your account manager
• Coordinate closely with our couriers, ensuring that our partners customers shipments arrive smoothly
• Track, analyze, report and communicate key metrics to internal and external stakeholders
• Implement internal process’, CRM systems, reporting tools and analytics platforms

We are looking for:
• Someone with 3-5 years’ experience
• Someone with substantial business development experience
• Someone who has worked in a startup before and is willing to get they hands dirty
• Someone who is as comfortable building structure internally through analytics platforms
• Strong communication and inter-personal skills and the ability to motivate others
• Must be passionate about sport
