At UENI we leverage our content to create digital marketing campaigns to serve small businesses at scale.


YOUR ROLE *Recruiting, training and developing a team of telesales, making outbound B2B calls and direct sales *Coaching, inspiring and motivating a sales team – using carrots and sticks as required! *Ensuring the team meets the sales targets *Developing sales strategies to guarantee success and growth *Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management *Monitoring calls periodically for quality assurance *Managing cold calls and warm lead calls *Regular reporting of KPI’s to management


ABOUT YOU


The Telesales Manager should have a proven track record in B2B telesales team management and in sales. The ideal applicant will have a clear passion for sales and the relentlessness to succeed.


3+ years telesales experience
Experience managing & training a telesales team
Experience recruiting new staff
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to write and test various scripts
Not afraid to get on the phone and show the team how it is done
Good analytical skills to test scripts and to improve team performance
Ability to prioritise and handle multiple tasks at any given time
Specialist in French and Spanish markets
Experience with retail sales and small business sales is a huge plus
