Account Manager and Customer Success Manager

Land Insight is the fastest growing company in UK Property Technology (Proptech). Due to this exponential growth, we’re looking for an Account Manager and a Customer Success Manager to join our fast expanding sales team based on Old Street.
Land Insight uses cutting-edge technology to crack open the land market like the claws of a prize-winning lobster, and by doing this we’re making a big business that will uncover the places on which more houses can be built, by a wider range of people. As for the day to day…
You will work closely with the sales team to successfully onboard new clients and account manage them effectively. You will become a product expert so you can lead slick product demonstrations and easily answer all questions. You will always be closing. You will be creatively devising strategies as to how we can optimise performance and build a better business. This is a fantastic opportunity to build your own department with our rapidly growing business.
You will be passionate about exceeding your monthly and quarterly renewal targets. You’ll work closely with the sales manager and CEO to devise and develop uplift and retention strategies.
- You will have a minimum of two years account management experience.
- Our customers were negotiating in their prams, you will be able to match them to get the most from the deal
- Two years experience in the Property industry.
- You will want to help us make a big business and own part of it.
