We’re building an exciting and disruptive B2B marketplace connecting TV show distributors with broadcasters around the world. The business has been around for over two years and has fundraised over £12m with investors including Sky & Channel 4. BBC Worldwide come on-board as a customer in January joining more than 80 other distributors already live on the platform.

Job Summary

TRX is looking for a methodical yet creative Product Manager to join our expanding team reporting to the CTO. The role involves working with external clients and internal stakeholders to define the product roadmap as well as our developers to get the product delivered. You would create user flows and wireframes, finally creating stories in our Kanban board (Github) and work with our developers to ensure delivery.

Our small team which includes three in-house developers and an outsourced team believe strongly in agile methodologies. We’re looking for Product Manager who will take us to the next level in the way we implement them.


• Working with the CTO & Director of Corporate Development to understand needs from the industry, our business and clients
• Create user flows and wireframes to iterate MVPs for new features
• Create user ‘stories’ based on these for the development team to deliver
• Prioritise product and feature development
• Own the customer feedback loop to ensure the clients and business are feeding back into the process at all stages of development
• Maintain the product roadmap
• Ensure delivered products and features meet with the client and businesses requirements
• Work within an agile environment and ensure agile processes are being followed
• Define sprints and groom stories for future sprints with the correct team member


• At least three years proven software development experience in Product Management
• Experience creating user flows, wireframes and agile stories
• Business analysis skills such as strategic planning, process design and systems analysis, workflows
• Experience as Product Manager for a B2B SaaS platform
• Experience with CRM systems such as salesforce, hubspot etc
• Experience managing priorities across multiple projects and products
• Experience working with integrations and legacy platforms
• Experience scoping products from inception and working through to delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication and client facing skills
• Experience and understanding of SCRUM (and or another Agile methodology)
• Use of a wide range of Product Management and related tools (we use Github, Google Analytics, Mixpanel etc)
