Company Introduction:
Evode Group entered the billion dollar on-demand marketplace with the launch of two retail e-commerce brands, Merchmaker and Choosey. Each specialises in personalised consumer products, produced on demand from receipt of order.

Merchmaker is our B2B2C platform, which integrates with retailers' and publishers' websites, enabling them to sell products on demand with zero stock risk. Only once the consumer has placed an order is the product manufactured and shipped.

We are looking for an ambitious Account Manager to manage our retail clients and develop strong relationships with our portfolio of licensors.

Responsibilities
Account Management and Leading Client Growth:
• Successfully use insights and analytics to drive marketing planning decisions for clients (retailers/content publishers) to deliver on marketing and sales objectives.
• Regularly communicate with clients regarding marketing activity and provide recommendations to optimise sales performance.
• Provide expertise in performance marketing, across all channels: traditional, digital or emerging media.
• Produce quarterly marketing plans for clients, that are effective and drive sales effectively.
• Follow effective processes to produce marketing assets, gain licensor approvals and encourage marketing activation from the client’s side.
• Manage regular reporting and analysis of campaigns and site performance.
• Produce weekly commission reporting for clients.
• Liaise with internal teams if issues or opportunities arise with clients.
• Decision-making on a day to day basis concerning project details. Helping senior management identify the best decisions for company strategy.
Licensor Management and Growth Opportunities:
• Working closely with key licensor contacts, developing a good understanding of the brand, its existing licensing programme and the events that surround it.
• Be a champion for the licensor internally and educate the business about them and their brands.
• Continually strive to find innovative solutions that drive revenue and brand exposure whilst fostering the client relationship.
• Assist or lead brand kick off meetings and develop the critical path for launch.
• Identify opportunities for the brand and its product range, utilising existing retailers and planned retailers.
• Provide forecasts and reports as and when the licensor requires them.

Business Development
• Assist with the acquisition of new retailers, content publishers and licensors including business plans, research, analysis, forecasting and pitch decks.
• Assist in the pitching process to both retailers and licensors.

• A significant and detailed understanding of multi-channel marketing techniques including CRM, PPC, SEO, Content, Social, Retargeting, Affiliate and Partnership programmes.
