Responsibilities:
- Assisting the company’s customers and helping to resolve their enquiries by phone, email & chat
- Helping to boost our visitor rate by reaching out to potential users
- Educating clients and helping them get the most out of the company’s service
- Helping to come up with new ways to engage users and resolve all matters that arise when negotiating through the home moving process
- Working within the wider marketing, sales and tech teams, as an integral part of the business, and presenting ideas on how to improve the customer care experience
- Product development: insights you gain from regular customer conversations will help to shape how the company develops and improve the experience for all their users

Requirements:
- Talk with conviction about why great customer service matters, and have a strong customer service background
- Build rapport with others easily and express genuine empathy
- Enjoy talking to people over the phone and be very good at it, we want engaging and efficient conversationalists
- Demonstrate impeccable written and communication skills
- Handle challenging service issues with a genuine smile on your face
- Think through problems and offer creative solutions
