We are a new global community platform (www.worldlabs.org) focused on connecting people with the knowledge and desire to make ideas happen. We have just completed another round of funding and are in the process of recruiting the rest of our team to fill up our brand new office space in London!

OVERVIEW

Who we are looking for: with the official launch of our web platform just around the corner, we are looking for a talented and experienced Marketing Executive who also has some knowledge and interest in digital marketing and PR
Location : London, Shoreditch
Salary : £22,000-28,000 (dependent upon experience)

The ideal candidate:

is a confident growth marketer with excellent copywriting and management skills, and with a gift for developing and nurturing the relationships with our partners
has experience as a marketing Executive (required), in PR and as a digital growth hacker (desired)
is a creative thinker who loves curating marketing campaigns in line with our data-empowered strategies
has a strong desire to join an exciting new startup in London, and work actively within a team
has a genuine passion for making a positive impact on the world through their work
takes pride in what they do is an excellent project manager

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Analyse all aspects of our offer and goals, and conduct competitive, influencer and audience research.
Manage the marketing budget efficiently while collaborating with different team members and freelancers (filmmakers, developers, designers, etc.) to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing and PR strategy.
Identify, implement and evaluate content, promotion, engagement and conversion strategies to maximise growth.
Oversee our efforts in building our PR online reputation in collaboration with the content and design team.
Create briefs for designers and agencies for use in digital campaigns, printed collateral, banners and flyers.
Plan and forecast campaigns and schedules, whilst delivering targets against marketing objectives.
Use campaign management tools such as Google, Analytics, Facebook Ads, CRM, etc.
Conduct SEO, generate inbound traffic and cultivate leads and sales.
Analyse key metrics and tweak strategies as needed.
Monitor, listen and respond to users on social media.
Independently research and identify new leads, potential new markets and partnership opportunities.
Contact potential clients to establish rapport, setting up business meetings and maintain fruitful relationships with existing clients.
Prepare presentations and pitches for our users, clients, partners or investors.
Be aware of market trends and competitors.
Raise the company profile by attending events.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required :

Must currently reside in London or nearby.
BSc/BA (2i or above) or Master (preferred) in a related field.
Passion for creating high-quality and original marketing strategies for user acquisition.
Strong digital marketing skills, with extensive experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.
CRM management - ability to segment customers and devise tailored marketing strategies to further engage social media execution.
Great knowledge of Google Analytics and marketing automation software.
Experience leading a team (planning, managing, communicating work with other team members, etc.).
Excellent copywriting and verbal skills with impeccable spelling and grammar - ability to write both serious & persuasive and lighthearted & engaging copies.
Qualified applicants must be legally authorised for employment in the United Kingdom and will not require employer-sponsored work authorisation now or in the future.
Strong email marketing skills.
