We’re currently recruiting our first fully-fledged team in the Netherlands and you’ll have the opportunity to join us early as a key team member with clear paths for growth.

As our Country Manager, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work alongside an experienced C-Suite and work in a fast-paced, early-stage start-up environment. You will be instrumental in defining our French offering and you will work directly with our Founder & VP of Expansions.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Build, lead and develop your multifunctional team
• Contribute and lead the French go to market strategy
• Create and execute a winning strategy for the French market
• Work together with our multifunctional teams in the UK and the European Launch team
• Day to day management of the France team
• Be accountable for the P&L in the covered markets
• Set priorities and objectives, and then track performance against KPIs
• Contribute to opening new markets and countries

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as Country manager or similar role, ideally within a rapidly scaling on-demand business.
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing or related field (or equivalent)
• Passion for technology, start-ups and on-demand services
• Attention to detail while while not sacrificing speed and scalability
• Extremely organised and comfortable with extensive documentation and communication in writing
• Hands-on mentality willing to roll your sleeves up
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in highly ambiguous environment and able to independently take responsibility from day one
