We’re currently recruiting our first fully-fledged team and you’ll have the opportunity to join us early as a key team member with clear paths for growth.

As a New Location Launch Associate, you’ll have the unique opportunity to help us launch many of our new locations and warehouses as we grow.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Alongside our Head of New Location Launches, you will work within the New Locations team and external contractors to ensure our locations are fitted out correctly
• You will execute all tasks necessary to launch a new location ranging from managing the project timeline to building up shelves
• You will be in the field launching our new warehouse
• You will be on site for the first week after launch to ensure that our culture is reflected
• You will communicate with many different external stakeholders and across many different internal departments e.g. suppliers, warehouse staff, partners

Qualifications:

• You have some prior experience in a role in a similar environment (food retail is a big plus, but not essential)
• Strong organization skills – time management, resource planning
• Effective communicator - able to disseminate ideas in a clear, concise manner to the relevant stakeholders through both verbal and written communication
• Passion for technology, start-ups and on-demand services
• Attention to detail while while not sacrificing speed and scalability
• Hands-on mentality, willing to roll your sleeves up
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable in highly ambiguous environment and able to independently take responsibility from day one with ability to work with little direction
