Revenue Operations & Enablement Manager (Tech and Automation)
We’re looking for a Revenue Operations and Enablement Manager to support and assist the revenue and customer success teams globally, utilising Salesforce and our wider revenue systems.
Who are we?
You know those annoying marketing messages you get every day. Well they're only going to get worse unless someone does something about it. Ometria's purpose is to help retailers create marketing experiences their customers will love.
We use data to truly understand each customer, and make sure that their experiences are ones they truly find valuable. We do this right now for 200 of the fastest growing retail brands, from Made.com to Hotel Chocolat, and for 200 million individual people across the world. We have (rather empty) offices based in London, New York and Southampton, and have raised over £25m from leading VCs like Octopus and Summit.
On this journey to providing a product that really stands out we have grown a team of driven, self-reflective and dedicated Ometrians. We’re committed to finding candidates who can grow and flourish here, adding to the team culture.
What will you be doing?
Reporting to the VP Revenue Operations, you will work to improve and build out our existing systems, with a particular focus on Salesforce optimisation for our revenue team. You will identify areas of process improvement within Salesforce and apply the appropriate functionalities to ensure best practice.
You will also provide deal desk support, and ensure CRM users are trained and able to use the full capabilities of the CRM to efficiently drive growth. Working with the leadership team, you will successfully build & deploy programs to coach, train and develop the sales organisation.
Some of your day to day will include:
- Developing, maintaining and monitoring of our GTM Tech Stack (including Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Jiminny, Bombora, G2, Lusha, LinkedIn Sales Nav and Builtwith)
- Ensuring all data related to signed contracts are 100% accurate in our CRM and correctly aligned with impacting functions, such as Finance and CS. This includes approving all opportunities before they are closed-won.
- Reviewing account allocations to assess fit, removing disqualified accounts and ensuring adherence to process
- Defining, documenting and maintaining our sales policies across divisions and geographies, encouraging the right behaviour and alignment.
- Owning and developing the Playbooks, tests and examinations, working with the Directors to shape & implement L&D strategies across the team.
What kind of people do well in this role?
You already have experience working with a Sales Organisation in a fast paced environment. Experience working in a SaaS business is ideal.
- Passionate about tech optimisation
You are skilled in Salesforce and have received your certification. Experience working with our wide GTM tech stack (including Hubspot and Outreach) would be a bonus!
- Excellent communicator
You have exceptional writing skills and can communicate information effectively and clearly.
- Eye for detail
You value attention to detail and are able to executive multiple tasks with stakeholders operating and multiple different levels.
You pick up new skill sets quickly and enjoy seeking out new approaches. You take proactive steps to improve processes.
You are curious by nature and constantly strive to develop.
