RemoteStar is building a suite of services and products which will define the future of work. We are passionate about giving flexibility to workforce, reduce carbon footprint and bringing social equality.
We have started with building our services and already generating significant revenue. To facilitate the growth we are now looking for a CTO who is passionate about building remote teams. At this moment we are looking for someone with great people skills and the ability to build world class diverse remote teams.
As our CTO you will be responsible for managing and growing our remote first engineering capability.
You will be responsible for hiring developers, preparing client proposals, selecting tech stack and development toolkit, architecting scalable solutions.
You will define development standards and implement agile processes for remote team.
The CTO will also be comfortable with c-level discussions and boardroom level meetings with our fellow founders.
- Partner with our clients to determine their technical talent requirements and then recommend appropriate solutions to ensure successful product implementation
- Talent Seeker - Work with our People & Culture team to recruit, and engage a diverse, distributed and connected team of exceptional remote first engineers. You will motivate and support the team and encourage their development and excellence as individuals and as a team.
- Coach - Continue to Optimize and evolve, grow and develop RemoteStar’s innovative engineering culture, processes, and best practices to create an environment where our team is elevated by the ecosystem rather than hindered by it.
- Instill a culture of technical excellence, engineering best practices with high quality products and striving for best practices in execution
