We are seeking an SEO Onsite Optimization Intern looking for real-world experience and to build your portfolio with results-driven work. 

VAYS LAB is a brand new start-up in luxury e-commerce based in Italy. Our mission is to provide luxury new-comers with the tools, skills and guidance to successfully navigate and purchase in online luxury stores. We are looking for new and exciting team members to work directly with the Co-Founder of the organization.

About Our Internship

Our internships last 4-6 months, with the top interns, will be offered roles upon intern completion. We accept only interns who can devote at minimum 5 hours per week. We are flexible with schedules and hire driven self-starters for remote positions.

Goal:

- Develop content, design, layout and advertising techniques in order to gain the most organic and paid traffic to the website.

Responsibilities

• Develop optimization strategies that increase the company's search engine results rankings
• Research SEO keywords to use throughout the company's website and marketing materials
• Write compelling and high-quality website content, including blog posts and page descriptions
• Update content and website links for maximum optimization and search engine rankings

Requirements

• Understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking methods
• Experience with SEO industry programs, such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
• Knowledge of keyword research and data mining tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
• Familiarity with WIX, WordPress or other content management systems
• Experience with other aspects of marketing, such as customer growth and promotion, is a plus
